Amazing lake views! Breakfast had a large variety, and staff were helpful and kind.
Wonderful location. Perfectly fits vacations with kids. The hotel is located within olive and lemon garden and has a lot of green lawns. I was pleasantly surprised with tea-time provided by the hotel between lunch and dinner (tea or coffee and cookies)

Great location, close to the city center. The hotel has an amazing view. Very good meals and a beautiful terrace. Everybody was so kind and polite.
Hotel: Clean with good food. Fish meals are just great.
Location: Fantastic view. 10min walk to the Lake Garda.
Facilities: A nice pool.
Rooms: Quite big. With air condition (you need it).
Staff: Very friendly.

I wish I would have read Juhani's review before I ruined our vacation. His short review from two years ago stands today as well. Two stars at best. Some things about this hotel even make me put it in the one star corner. Basically if you want to ruin your vacation, book here.
Yes, the location is great and the parking is free, but that's about as good as it gets, from here it's just downhill. Dirty & smelly rooms, unfriendly staff, a manager who couldn't care less, a breakfast with the cheapest products money can buy, no WLAN connection and wall sockets without any sockets, where the wires just hang out. The general feeling is categorically not of renovated rooms as advertised.
We spent 1 day at the hotel instead of the planned 2. The Hotel is not a 4 star facility, except maybe for few rooms in the main building, which I did not see.
We had to switch our room, it smelled bad and was basically underground. On the second day we complained about the cold - it was a really cold night. The answer from the manager was that he cannot do anything and he does not want to do anything about it - did not offer a better price or to turn on the heating. It is not exactly what I call hospitality. So we decided to go before we ruin our vacation completely.
For sure I will not include this hotel ever again on my list for the next holiday.
So the rooms was very nice big and luxurys but be aware the resturant isnt very good we got there half a hour before it was gonna close it was still lots of people there and the food was cold and old everything fried was at least over and hour old and the bread was not fresh at all it was at least 4 days only 2 types of pasta and they were just ok good dessert tho and also the staff were passive aggresive like we were girls in 9th grade💀 they seemed angry :( So to sum it up bad food rude staff but good rooms
